5. Relationship with Business Partners
5.1 Co-prosperity Management
5.1.1 The company selects ‘Business Partners’ that are suitable for its business purposes by applying fair and reasonable criteria. The company evaluates the implementation process and quality based on the same criteria and communicates the results to the respective ‘Business Partners’ in an appropriate manner.
5.1.2 The company does not engage in unfair practices by abusing its superior position and pursues mutual benefits and joint development.
5.1.3 The company actively supports the competitiveness enhancement of ‘Business Partners’ through assistance in areas such as education, finance, and R&D infrastructure. It regards ‘Business Partners’ as strategic partners who pursue the shared value of customer happiness based on mutual trust.
5.1.4 The company actively encourages ‘Business Partners’ to fulfill their corporate social responsibilities, including ensuring workplace safety and respecting the human rights of ‘Business Partners’ employees.
5.2 Protection of Business Partner Information
5.2.1 The company must protect the information and trade secrets of ‘Business Partners’ and must not use them for purposes other than those for which they were provided, except with the consent of the ‘Business Partners’ or as permitted by law.
5.2.2 The company does not acquire or use the information or trade secrets of ‘Business Partners’ or other companies through illegal or improper means.
